(3) Defendants Willie McCall, Calvin Patterson, Lynn Engram, Erin Reeves (who was incorrectly named in the amended complaint as Erin DeBruyne), Robert Patterson, Benjamin McCall, Kay Reader, Quinton McCall, and Tina Paulk are dismissed and terminated as parties.
