(3) Plaintiffs claims against defendants Warden Billups, Warden Clay, and inmate Daniel Thomas are dismissed without prejudice, and these defendants are terminated as parties.(3) Plaintiffs complaint shall be construed as naming only correctional officers Young and Hardy as defendants.
