CIVIL ACTION NO. 2:15cv8-MHT (WO) OPINION Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, plaintiff filed this lawsuit claiming that the defendant municipal court judge jailed her illegally for 30 days in violation of her right to due process. This lawsuit is now before the court on the recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge that plaintiff’s case be dismissed. There are no objections to the recommendation.
