OPINION
Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, plaintiff, a state
prisoner, filed this lawsuit challenging the quality of
certain
medical
contending
that
care
he
he
was
has
received
not
warned
in
of
prison,
potential
complications and that he has been left with permanent
injuries.
This lawsuit is now before the court on the
recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge
that plaintiff’s motion for leave to proceed in forma
pauperis
be
denied
and
that
this
case
be
dismissed
without prejudice for plaintiff’s failure to pay the
filing and administrative fees upon his initiation of
this
case.
