OPINION AND ORDER
Pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of
1964 and 42 U.S.C. § 1981, plaintiff filed this lawsuit
This lawsuit is now before the court on the
recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge
that defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiff’s case be
objections to the recommendation.
After an independent
and de novo review of the record, the court concludes
that defendant’s objections should be overruled and the
magistrate judge’s recommendation adopted.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED as follows:
