This case is before the court on the Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge (Doc. #4),
entered on June 13, 2016. There being no timely objection filed to the Recommendation, and
after a review of the file, the Recommendation is ADOPTED, and it is hereby ORDERED as
follows:
1. This case is DISMISSED without prejudice for failure of the Plaintiff to pay the initial
partial filing fee in accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(1)(A) as ordered by
this court.
2. The Plaintiff’s motion for preliminary injunction is DENIED as such motion is not
properly before the court absent payment of the initial partial filing fee.
