This case is before the court on the Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge (Doc. #3),
entered on June 2, 2016, and the Plaintiff’s Objection (Doc. #4), filed on June 13, 2016.
Following an independent evaluation and de novo review of the file in this case, the court
finds the objection to be without merit, and it is hereby OVERRULED. The court ADOPTS the
Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge, and it is hereby
ORDERED that this case is TRANSFERRED to the United States District Court for the
Northern District of Alabama pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 1404. The clerk is
DIRECTED to take the necessary steps to effect the transfer.
