OPINION
Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, plaintiff, a state
prisoner, filed this lawsuit complaining that he was
subjected to excessive force by correctional officers
and that a healthcare provider failed to intervene on
his behalf and refused to document his condition after
the assault; he also challenges the constitutionality
of a disciplinary he received and his lack of access to
medical
care
for
two
months.
