Farms and against plf Tavia Trammel Martin, with plf Martin taking nothing by his complaint; It is further ORDERED that costs are taxed against plf Martin, for which execution may issue; The clerk is DIRECTED to enter thi s document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 of the FRCP; This case is not closed and remains pending on plf Martin's claims against dft Lyndon Southern Insurance Company.
