ORDER T h is cause is before the Court on two motions filed by Defendant International B u s in e s s Machines, Corp. ("IBM") on September 30, 2010. The first motion is IBM's M o tio n for Order Directing Auburn to Provide Adequate and Complete Final In f rin g e m e n t Contentions in Compliance with the Court's Scheduling Order ("Motion for O rd e r" ). (Doc. # 110). The second is IBM's Motion for Leave to File Exhibit Under S e a l ("Motion to Seal"). (Doc. # 113). It is hereby ORDERED that the Motion to Seal, (D o c . # 113), is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff Auburn University s h a ll show cause on or before October 14, 2010 why the Motion for Order (Doc. # 110) s h o u ld not be granted.
