JUDGMENT, in accordance with the memorandum opinion, it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT and DECREE of this court as follows: (1) def Arnold Gamber's 64 motion for summary judgment is GRANTED; (2) judgment is entered in favor of def Gamber and against p lf Ramsey, with plf Ramsey taking nothing by his complaint; further ORDERING that all other outstanding motions are denied and all outstanding objections are overruled; further ORDERING that costs are assessed against plf Ramsey, for which execution may issue; directing the clerk to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 FRCP.
