OPINION and ORDER: It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows that: 1. The 17 Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge be and is hereby ADOPTED; 2. To the extent the defendants seek judgment on exhaustion grounds with respect to the rust, laundering of li nens and hair net claims, the defendants motion for summaryjudgment be and is hereby GRANTED due to the plaintiffs failure to properly exhaust an administrative remedy previously available to him at the Russell County Jail; 3. With respect to the pla intiffs claims regarding cold food, insufficient access to razors and lack of outside recreation, the defendants motion for summary judgment be and is hereby GRANTED. 4.
