ORDER: This case is before the court on the 43 Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge entered on 1/27/2014, together with the Respondents' 46 Objections, filed on 2/21/2014. Following an independent evaluation and de novo review of the file in this case, the court finds the objections to be without merit, and they are hereby OVERRULED. The court ADOPTS the 43 Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge, and it is hereby ORDERED as follows: 1. The 1 Petition for habeas corpus relief is DENIED. 2.
