On May 11, 2012, Petitioner, through appointed counsel, filed objections to the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation. On May 24, 2012, Petitioner filed pro se objections to the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation. After careful consideration of the record in this case, including the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation and Petitioner’s objections thereto, the court hereby ADOPTS the Report of the Magistrate Judge. The court further ACCEPTS Page 1 of 2 the Recommendations of the Magistrate Judge that the petition for writ of habeas corpus be denied.
