DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR CLARIFY OR CORRECT COURT RECORD

The Defendant, the City of Birmingham, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Alabama, by and through its attorneys of record, in the above-styled cause, files this instant Motion to Clarify or Correct the Court Record. In support of the Motion, the Defendant states the following: 1. On October 20, 2010, the Court granted the Plaintiff's Motion to Amend her Complaint and add Irene S. Blalock and the Birmingham Library Board as Defendants in the cause. (Documents 11 and 12). 2. 3. Undersigned counsels attempted via the e-filing system to file pleadings. However, the Court record does not reflect that the two (2) additional above Defendants have been added.

In light of the above, the Defendant request that this Honorable Court clarify or correct the court record via the District Court Clerk and add the two (2) above Defendants. WHEREFORE, these premises considered, Defendant move this Honorable

Court to clarify or correct the Court Record via the District Court Clerk and add the two (2) above Defendants.
