Blalock with Supporting Affidavit" (doc. 17) and this court's "Order to Show Cause" why this motion should not be granted (doc. 18). Plaintiff did not respond to the court's Order. Therefore, the court GRANTS the motion to dismiss, DISMISSES all claims against Irene S. "Renee" Blaylock in her official and individual capacities, and dismisses Blaylock as a party Defendant. The lawsuit will proceed against the two remaining Defendants: the City of Birmingham, Alabama; and the Birmingham Library Board. DONE and ORDERED this 16th day of November, 2010.
