The Plaintiff notifies the Court that the Joint Report filed by the Defendant
should include the following language under the section entitled Nature of the
Case:

From the Plaintiff, Barbara Wilson:
The Plaintiff alleges (1) she is employed by Defendants the City of
Birmingham and the Birmingham Library Board and (2) that the Defendants
have violated her rights under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act by unlawfully
creating an sexually hostile work environment which has caused her severe
damages, including loss of wages and significant emotional distress.
