It is hereby ORDERED that Dfts' Motion for Summary Judgment 58 is GRANTED and final judgment be entered in favor of Dfts. All of Pltf's claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The parties were advised of their right to file specific written objections. Plaintiff has filed objections to the Report and Recommendation. (Doc. #125). Defendants responded to Plaintiff’s objections. (Doc. #127). Having carefully reviewed and considered de novo all the materials in the court file, including the Report and Recommendation, Plaintiff’s objections, and Defendants’ response, the court is of the opinion that the Magistrate Judge’s Report is due to be and hereby is ADOPTED and the Recommendation is ACCEPTED. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. #58) is GRANTED and that final judgment be entered in favor of Defendants.
