ORDER The court is of the opinion that the report is due to be and is ADOPTED, and the recommendation is ACCEPTED. Consequently, plaintiffs motion for default judgment is GRANTED. It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that final judgment be and is ENTERED in favor of plaintiff Edna Moore, and against defendants, Dynamic Recover Services, Inc., and Joyce Ward, in the amount of $44,035. No party in this case has exercised the right to object to the report and recommendation within fourteen days of its issuance.
