Case No. 2:17-cv-01715-AKK-SGC
MEMORANDUM OPINION
The magistrate judge entered a report on November 5, 2020, recommending
the claims presented in this petition for a writ of habeas corpus, filed pursuant to 28
U.S.C. § 2241, be denied and dismissed with prejudice. Doc. 11. Although the
magistrate judge advised the parties of their right to file specific written objections
within fourteen days, the court has not received any objections within the prescribed
time.
Having carefully reviewed and considered de novo all the materials in the
court file, including the report and recommendation, the court ADOPTS the
magistrate judge’s report and ACCEPTS her recommendation.
Williams’s petition is due to be dismissed with prejudice.
A separate order will be entered.

Accordingly,
DONE the 30th day of November, 2020.
