The court notes that on September 22, 2014 (the same day the Magistrate Judge’s Report
and Recommendation was filed) a series of documents were filed from numerous persons informing
the court of their knowledge of Petitioner. The court has reviewed the material and concluded that
the material is largely not relevant to the issues decided by the Magistrate Judge or to be decided by
judge. The court further ACCEPTS the recommendations of the magistrate judge that
the petition for writ of habeas corpus be denied.
A separate order in conformity with this Memorandum Opinion will be entered
