This c a u s e is before the C o u r t on the " M o t i o n for Final O r d e r and J u d g m e n t o f C o n d e m n a t i o n " in w h i c h the United States seeks vestment o f title in the p r o p e r t y which is the subject o f this litigation. Based upon the " M o t i o n " and the C o u r t file, it is O R D E R E D as follows: 1. This C o u r t has subject m a t t e r and personal j u r i s d i c t i o n o v e r this case. 2. The legal description o f the property at issue is: Description o f Parcel " G " Begin at the intersection o f the north right o f way o f line o f S t . Louis Street and the west right o f way line o f C o n c e p t i o n Street, City o f M o b i l e , M o b i l e County, Alabama; thence a l o n g said north r i g h t o f way line o f S t . Louis Street, run S O U T H 69 deg. 56' 52" W E S T 40.08 feet (12.216 meters) to the P O I N T OF B E G I N N I N G o f the property herein described; t h e n c e continuing S O U T H 69 deg. 56' 52" W E S T
along said north right o f way line o f St. Louis Street, run a distance o f 45.75 feet (13.945 meters) to a point; thence run N O R T H 22 deg. 59' 04" W E S T 107.11 feet (32.647 meters) to a point; thence run N O R T H 69 deg. 14' 47" E A S T 26.29 feet (8.013 meters) to a point, thence run N O R T H 21 deg. 55' 13" W E S T 11.75 feet (3.581 meters) to a point; thence run N O R T H 69 deg. 14' 47" E A S T 21.5 feet (6.553 meters) to a point; thence run S O U T H 21 deg. 53' 18" EAST 119.36 feet (36.381 meters) to a POINT OF BEGINNING. C O N T A I N I N G 5,270 S Q U A R E F E E T (489.599 S Q U A R E METERS). 3. The land use purpose for the c o n d e m n a t i o n is to construct a new federal district c o u r t house. This is an appropriate governmental use o f the real property, and accordingly, the United States had the right to condemn said property. 4. All persons with a possible interest in the property have been properly served. All persons c l a i m i n g an interest in the property have reeeived j u s t compensation. Indeed, all c l a i m a n t s w e r e notified o f the a m o u n t o f c o m p e n s a t i o n they w e r e to receive, and given adequate time to o b j e c t to the amount; however, no c l a i m a n t filed an objection. Moreover, the a m o u n t o f c o m p e n s a t i o n had b e e n agreed upon through negotiations with the parties. 5. The C o u r t therefore finds that c o m p l e t e title vests in the U n i t e d States o f America, that the U n i t e d States holds title to said property to the exclusion o f any o t h e r person a n d / o r entity, and t h a t any and all interests in said real property that were or m i g h t h a v e been claimed by any person or entity is extinguished. W H E R E F O R E , the " M o t i o n " o f the U n i t e d States o f America is G R A N T E D , with each party to bear its own c o s t s and fees, and j u d g m e n t is to issue in favor o f the U n i t e d States.
