Hoeppner Construction Corporation and Mobile Alabama Associates, LLC., which awarded Hoeppner Construction Company damages in the amount of $151,696.05, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that JUDGMENT is entered in favor of the counter-claimant, Hoeppner Construction Company, against counter-defendant Mobile Alabama Associates, LLC in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY-SIX DOLLARS AND 05/100 CENTS ($422,196.05), plus fees, costs and interest to be determined by the court after further submissions by the parties.
