Granade UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE Plaintiff filed a document which he labeled as an objection to the Report and Recommendation (Doc. 13), but that document did no more than state a general objection to the R&R, and further informed the court that he would henceforth be represented by counsel and was no longer indigent. No counsel has made an appearance in the case on his behalf and plaintiff has not paid the filing fee. Withdrawals continue to be made from his prison account to pay that fee. 1
