JOINDER IN MOTION TO DISMISS Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6), defendant BP plc ("BP") moves the Court to dismiss the Complaint and each and every count and claim therein alleged against BP. As grounds for this motion, BP adopts, joins in and incorporates by reference the Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 55) and Memorandum of Law (Doc. 56) filed on July 6, 2010, by defendants BP America Inc. and BP Products North America Inc.
