Upon due consideration, the plaintiffs’ motion is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, the plaintiffs’ claims against defendant Experian Information Services, LLC are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
