is entered in favor of ACE American Insurance Company, and against plaintiff,
Arline Lavergne. The plaintiff’s claims against ACE American Insurance Company
are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. ACE American Insurance
Company’s costs are to be taxed against the plaintiff.
