Patel is approved as a fair and reasonable resolution of a bona fide dispute over Fair Labor Standards Act provisions. It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that plaintiff Kamlesh Patel is awarded $15,000.00 in settlement of his claims, attorney’s fees in the amount of $17,434.38, and costs of $565.62, all as stipulated by the parties (doc. 32) and as approved by this Court. The Court does not retain jurisdiction to enforce the Settlement Agreement. Accordingly, this action is dismissed with prejudice with costs taxed as agreed.
