ORDER
After due and proper consideration of all relevant pleadings in this file, and there having
been no objections filed, the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under
28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and dated August 1, 2012, is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court.
Accordingly it is ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED with prejudice as
frivolous pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i).
