ORDER
After due and proper consideration of the issues raised, and there having been no
objections filed, the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C.
§ 636(b)(l)(B) and dated November 4, 2014, is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff’s motion for reimbursement of expenses pursuant to
Fed.R.Civ.P. 37(c)(2) (Doc. 117) is GRANTED in part, with Plaintiff being awarded
reasonable expenses totaling $10,000 rather than the $35,495.00 requested.
