ORDER ADOPTING 23 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re: MOTION for Summary Judgment. This Court concludes that Defendants Rodney Brewer, Joel Broadhead, and Steven Moore are entitled to Summary Judgment in their favor on all claims asserted again st them by Plaintiff. It is recommended that Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment be granted, that this action against these Defendants be dismissed with prejudice, and that judgment be entered in favor of Defendants and against Plaintiff on all claims.
