favor of Defendants City of Mobile and Sergeant Carla Shumock, and against
Plaintiff, Lakeisha Shoots. It is, therefore, ORDERED that the Plaintiff’s claims
against Defendants City of Mobile and Sergeant Carla Shumock are hereby
DISMISSED with prejudice. Costs are to be taxed against the plaintiff.
