ORDER
After due and proper consideration of the issues raised, and there having been no
objections filed, the Report and Recommendation (Doc. 14) of the Magistrate Judge made under
28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and dated February 12, 2014, is ADOPTED as the opinion of this
Court.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED with prejudice as
frivolous, prior to service of process, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i).
Final judgment in accordance with this Order and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58
shall issue by separate document.
