ORDER
After due and proper consideration of all issues raised, and there having been no
objections filed, the Report and Recommendation (Doc. 15) of the Magistrate Judge made under
28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and dated May 21, 2014, is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 9) is
GRANTED such that the Plaintiff’s Complaint (Doc. 1) is DISMISSED without prejudice.
Final judgment in accordance with this Order and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58
shall issue by separate document.
