ORDER
After due and proper consideration of the issues raised,
and there having been no objections filed, the Recommendation of
the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and
dated February 26, 2014 (doc. 10) is adopted as the opinion of
this Court.
It is ORDERED that Plaintiff Theodore Taylor’s action be
and is hereby dismissed with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §
1915(e)(2)(B)(i) and (ii) as frivolous and failing to state a
claim upon which relief may be granted.
