ORDER
After due and proper consideration of the issues raised, and there having been no
objections filed, the Report and Recommendation (Doc. 4) of the Magistrate Judge made under
28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and dated December 31, 2013, is ADOPTED as the opinion of this
Court.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED without prejudice for
failure to prosecute and to obey the Court’s Order.
Final judgment in accordance with this Order and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58
shall issue contemporaneously by separate document.
