ORDER ADOPTING 29 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS re 27 MOTION to Subpoena Surveillance video, 11 MOTION to amend complaint filed by Britney R. Thomas, and 24 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Lt. Demmings, Det. Golston 15042, Sgt . Hayes, Ofc. Clark. It is ordered that the motion to subpoena surveillance video is DENIED. Plaintiff's motion to amend the complaint is denied and Defts' motion summary judgment is GRANTED and these Defts are DISMISSED with prejudice, as further set out.. Signed by Senior Judge Charles R. to the issue raised, and there having been no objections filed, the Recommendation
of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) is ADOPTED as the
opinion of this Court. It is ORDERED that summary judgment is GRANTED in
favor of Defendants Timothy Demings, Baron Hayes, Michael Clark, and Courtney
Golston, and those claims presented against these defendants are DISMISSED with
DONE this 15TH day of June, 2016.
