ORDER
After due and proper consideration of all portions of this file deemed relevant to the
issues raised, and there having been no objections filed, the Recommendation of the Magistrate
Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B), and dated November 25, 2015 (Doc. 5), is
ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED WITHOUT
PREJUDICE as frivolous and for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted
pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i) and (ii).
