recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C. ยง 636(b)(l)(B) and dated
December 7, 2016, is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court.1 Accordingly, this matter is
REMANDED to the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration.
