ORDER
After due and proper consideration of the issues raised, and there having been no
objections filed, the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C.
§ 636(b)(l)(B) and dated March 15, 2017, is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant
to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure due to Plaintiff’s failure to comply with the
Court's Orders and to prosecute this action, as no other lesser sanction will suffice.
