Ala. GenLR 72(a)(2)(S), and dated June 27, 2017, is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the remainder of the Plaintiffs’ motion to remand (Doc. 18) not previously disposed of (see Doc. 31) is GRANTED and that this case be REMANDED to the Circuit Court of Mobile County, Alabama, under 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c).
