ORDER
After due and proper consideration of the issues raised, and there having been no
objections filed, the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C.
§ 636(b)(l)(B) and dated January 9, 2018, is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, Petitioner James Douglas Lewis, Jr.'s petition is DISMISSED without prejudice for
failure to comply with the Court's orders as no other lesser sanction will suffice.
