February 7, 2020 (Doc. 26) is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court.
It is ORDERED that Defendants’ motion for summary judgment be
GRANTED.
It
is
further
ORDERED
that
Plaintiff’s
claims
be
dismissed with prejudice, and that this action be dismissed in its
entirety.
