ORDER
After due and proper consideration of all portions of this file deemed relevant
to the issues raised, and there having been no objections filed, the Report and
Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and
dated November 17, 2017 (Doc. 222) is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ motion for leave to substitute
personal representatives is GRANTED as to the Plaintiff Ruby Mae Kinney (Doc.
163), and DENIED as to all other deceased individuals listed in the motions at
issue (Docs. 155, 162, 164).
Therefore, Jeanette Curry as the personal representative of the Estate of
Ruby Mae Kinney, is substituted as a plaintiff in place of Ruby Mae Kinney.
