ORDER
After due and proper consideration of all portions of this file deemed relevant
to the issues raised, and a de novo determination of those portions of the Report and
Recommendation to which objection is made, the Report and Recommendation of
the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) is ADOPTED as the
opinion of this Court. It is ORDERED that Defendants Seydi Vakkas Aksut and
Selma Heart Institute’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ Amended More Definite
Statement and Defendant Jackson Hospital & Clinic, Inc.’s, Motion to Dismiss
Plaintiffs’ Amended More Definite Statement (Docs. 262, 263) be granted in part
and denied in part, as set forth in the Report and Recommendation.
Accordingly, with the exception of the fifty-five Plaintiffs included in
Plaintiffs’ Amended More Definite Statement,1 the claims of all remaining Plaintiffs
