In accordance w/the jury's verdict on 3/27/17, JUDGMENT is entered in favor of Plf Tricia Galbreath & against Dfts Hale County, Alabama Commissioner & Hale County, Alabama w/respect to Counts 1, 4 & 5. Damages in the amount of $8,000.00 are awarded to Plf to compensate her for any emotional pain & mental anguish she suffered from the date of her discharge to the date of the verdict, & compensatory damages are awarded to Plf in the amount of $128,600.00.
