Plaintiffs made an application for attorneys’ fees and expenses under 42 U.S.C. § 1988
(Doc. #87) and defendant responded thereto (Doc. #100). The parties have been discussing a
stipulated resolution of the fees and expenses due, and have agreed on such a resolution. The
parties are preparing documentation to evidence this agreement, which will shortly be filed with the
Court. Therefore, plaintiffs will not file a reply which was due today.
