extension of time to reply to Defendant’s Opposition to the Preliminary
Injunction Motion.

I received Defendant’s Opposition to the Motion yesterday.
Commencing tomorrow, I will be out of my office until October 6, 2010.

On September 24, 2010, I spoke with opposing counsel, Marika
R. Athens, and she non-opposed this extension request.
