For the convenience of the parties, those provisions of the Amended Judgment that remain in effect, as originally written or as modified by this order, are re stated in the Second Amended Judgment entered this day. Setting a hearing on December 5, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. to address contemplated enforcement proceedings. The parties shall file written status reports by December 2, 2008.
