IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Continue the Damages Hearing is GRANTED. The previous hearing scheduled for Thursday, October 9, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. is VACATED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing has been continued until Wednesday, November 5, at 10:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs bring any additional affidavit testimony and evidence to support their damages against co-defendant Jumbo Surplus Corporation to the hearing scheduled for November 5, 2008.
